HOW IT WORKS:
Prior to Week One:
You will complete a brief electronic form with discovery questions to help identify your learning style, goals, and where you are in your menopause journey.
Week One:
We'll begin with a Zoom call to discuss your goals and how I can best support you. During our conversation, we’ll explore the importance of identifying and establishing your values and vision statement, and how these can guide you through menopause and your day-to-day decisions. We’ll also touch on how menopause may influence your evolving self. By the end of our session, you will have begun the process of selecting the values that resonate with you.
Week Two:
The insights from our first session will guide your work this week. You’ll receive guided materials designed to help you solidify what is most important to you. You will get specific and write a vision statement. Unlimited email support is available for any clarifying questions.
Week Three:
We’ll have a final Zoom call to review your progress. We will discuss how to use your newly established pillars and vision statement to ground you in everyday decisions and strategize setting boundaries that align with your values. This will empower you with confidence, strength, and a deep connection to your inner truth.
